Notice No. DGTP-021-98 Withdrawal of a Petition to the Governor in Council

Notice is hereby given that Clearnet Communications Inc., Microcell Telecommunications Inc. and Rogers Cantel Inc. withdrew, on December 15, 1998, their petition to the Governor in Council requesting that the Governor in Council suspend the implementation of Telecom Decision CRTC 98-4: Joint Marketing and Bundling and Telecom Order CRTC 98-499.

Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Canada Gazette on July 11, 1998 as Gazette Notice DGTP-012-98.
