Please note that pursuant to Section 6.1.3 of the Policy and Licensing Procedures for the Auction of the 24 and 38 GHz Frequency Bands, TD Capital Group Ltd., BCE Nexxia Inc., Vidéotron Télécom ltée and Call-Net Enterprises Inc. have withdrawn their applications to participate in the auction. Since the Bid Tracking Software (BTS), which has already been broadly distributed, was configured with seventeen bidders, with these companies listed as three of the bidders, they will still appear in the system and in the BTS, however, their eligibility will be reduced to zero in round one.
