Extension to the Comment Period for Notice No. DGRB-018-99: Consultation on the Proposed Policy and Licensing Procedures for the Auction of Additional PCS Spectrum in the 2 GHz Frequency Range

The availability of the document Consultation on the Proposed Policy and Licensing Procedures for the Auction of Additional PCS Spectrum in the 2 GHz Frequency Range was announced in Canada Gazette Notice No. DGRB-018-99 on Saturday, December 18, 1999. Given that this Notice provided for a sixty day comment period, the deadline for receipt of comments was February 16, 2000. The notice also provided for a reply comment period on these initial submissions. The reply comment deadline given in the Notice was March 8, 2000.

The purpose of this Notice is to advise all interested parties that the deadline for receipt of the comments has been extended to Wednesday, March 1, 2000. The deadline for receipt of the reply comments has been extended to Wednesday, March 22, 2000.

Comments and reply comments should be submitted as indicated in Notice No. DGRB-018-99 no later than the dates indicated above.
