Notice No. SMSE-014-01Pilot Project for the Self-Marking of Terminal Attachment Equipment — Application Procedure and Agreement

Notice is hereby given that Industry Canada will be releasing the application and agreement entitled, Pilot Project for the Self-Marking of Terminal Attachment Equipment.

This pilot project will allow eligible manufacturers to mark certified Terminal Attachment Equipment themselves instead of affixing labels provided by Industry Canada, which is the procedures and requirements are described in the application and agreement. The application and agreement comes into effect, March 19, 2001.
