Preface

This first issue of RSS-195 sets out the minimum requirements for the certification of transmitters and receivers of Wireless Communications Service (WCS) systems operating in the bands 2305-2320  MHz and 2345-2360 MHz.

This document will be in force as of the publication date of Notice SMSE-001-04 in the Canada Gazette Part I. Upon publication, the public has 90 days to make comments. These comments will be taken into account in the preparation of the next version of the document.
