Notice No. SMBR-004-08 – New Broadcasting Circular on Experimental HD Radio (Hybrid and Extended Hybrid) in the FM Broadcasting Band

Notice is hereby given that Industry Canada is issuing a new Broadcasting Circular entitled Experimental HD Radio (Hybrid and Extended Hybrid) in the FM Broadcasting Band (BC-21),to provide further information to applicants on experimental FM-IBOC digital technology.

The new circular provides information on the available IBOC service modes and outlines the procedures to be followed by prospective experimental licence applicants.
