Note: In 2002/03 the S/T Program received incremental funding amounting to $2.1 million under the Public Security and Anti-Terrorism (PSAT) section of Budget 2001, and salary adjustments for renewed collective agreements.

In 2005/06 the S/T Program received additional funding of $8.2M for the SIRR project and the TPRP.

Revenue from auctions held in 1999–2000, 2000–01 and 2003/04 for broadband and PCS services is deferred (amortized) over 10 years from the date the licences are issued.
