Footnotes

* Bell Canada was a successful high bidder in the 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz Auction (February 2004). Following Phase 1 of the Residual 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz Auction (January 2005), Bell Canada exceeded the spectrum aggregation limit and thus withdrew on licences 4066w, 4093w, and 4171f. As a result, these three licences were made available in the 2300 MHz and 3500 MHz Auction (June 2009).
