Auction Design Information Session
Advancements in auction theory and design have led to the development of new auction formats and rules. Industry Canada has been examining these new developments in consideration of the upcoming 700 MHz and 2500 MHz auctions.
Industry Canada will sponsor a one-day information session on the proposed Combinatorial Clock Auction format for the upcoming 700 MHz spectrum auction. The session will focus only on auction design; policy issues will not be discussed.
The session will be beneficial to companies that intend to participate in Industry Canada's 700 MHz and 2500 MHz auctions.
