Conditions of Licence
- Communications related to the operational control of licensee's own aircraft.
- Point-to-point communications and the handling of messages related to airport or area traffic control are not permitted.
- All necessary communication destined to NAV CANADA radio facilities shall be carried out directly with such facilities rather than through privately operated aeronautical stations.
- A certificate of proficiency in radio appropriate to the type of service is required to operate this radio station.
