Explanatory Notes — Time Period

The following choices are available for the time period:

• Latest 5 Years
  Displays the data for the latest 5 complete years (e.g. 2004 to 2008). The results are sorted in descending order of the values for the latest year.
• Latest 10 Years
  Displays the data for the latest 10 complete years (e.g. 1999 to 2008). The results are sorted in descending order of the values for the latest year.
• Specific Years
  Displays the data for selected years identified by the user in a pop-up window (e.g. 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008). The results are sorted in descending order, based on the values for the latest selected year.
• Year to Date (YTD) - Current Year vs. Previous Year
  Displays the cumulative year-to-date (YTD) data for the current year and compares the results to the equivalent period for the previous year (e.g. January-March 2009 compared to January-March 2008). The results are sorted in descending order, based on the values for the current year.
• Monthly Trends - Latest 24 Months
  Displays data individually for each of the last 24 months (e.g. April 2007 to March 2009). The results are sorted in descending order, based on the values for the latest month.
  Note: Because the size of the report exceeds screen length, this data is usually downloaded rather than printed.
