The mark which is the subject of this application shall consist of the letters "ULC" which shall be of block type except that the bottom of the "U" and the top and bottom of the "C" shall be semi-circular. The letters "U" and "C" shall be displaced on-twelfth of the radius of the circle above the horizontal centre line and the letter "L" shall be displaced one-sixth of the radius of the circle below the horizontal centre line, the measurements to be taken from the horizontal centre line to the centre of the rectangle enclosing each letter. The height of the letters "ULC" shall be equal to and their width one-half the radius of the circle. The letters "ULC" located within the circle shall be spaced as shown in the accompanying drawing.The uniform width of printing for the letters "ULC" shall be one-fourth of the over all width of the letters.
