The certification mark denotes that the goods being used in the licensee's facility meet a defined standard as set by CANADIAN MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC. (CMS) in relation to the research, design, development and engineering in the field of medical devices and software, including but not limited the creation, design, installation, implementation and maintenance thereof. The licensees must be approved by CMS pursuant to defined criteria or standards set by CMS and the licensees are further subject to monitoring on a continuing annual (or otherwise recurring) basis by CMS or its authorized representatives/agents/partners/compliance officers to ensure that such standards are met; the licensees must strictly adhere to the CMS protocols in the subject facility bearing the certification for compliance of the defined standard, namely: i. CMS Approved advanced BIOCIDE and cartridge system that destroys, neutralizes and/or inhibits the growth of disease-carrying microorganisms; and/or ii. CMS approved apparatus consisting of a disinfecting mist tunnel that comprising a plurality of mechanisms for disinfecting a subject passing through the tunnel using hardware processors and artificial intelligence to generate one or more alerts based on a comparison of predefined data; and/or iii. CMS approved automated imaging apparatus and method thereof consisting of cameras, thermal tablets using advanced artificial intelligence to detect, inter alia, body temperature, facial recognition, and PPE recognition to generate one or more alerts based on a comparison of predefined data together with access control, login time recording and traceability; and or iv. CMS approved methodology in conjunction with compliant products; and/or v. CMS approved real-time analysis for airborne pathogen detection; and/or vi. CMS approved and designated safe space for air circulation. The certification mark shall be used in association with goods that conform to standards of performance established or approved by CMS in the licensee's facility, and there shall be no use or advertising of the certification mark of which CMS disapproves. CMS reserves the entire right to inspect the performance of the said goods and services in order to ensure that the standards of performance are being maintained in accordance with the requisite protocols set out in CMS' compliance manual and on its website located at: www.CanadianMedicalSys.com.
