Mandatory implementation of 2-step Verification

Login process has been updated
All clients are now required to sign in or register using GCKey or Sign-In Partner.
If you had an account before July 2023
Press Sign in button below and proceed using GCKey or Sign-In partner.
If you do not have a GCKey or Sign-In Partner, you will need to register for a GCKey during the new login process.
Once you are signed in, you will see an option to connect your old account and transfer any remaining tokens and search history. Learn more about the New Login Process.
Licensed Insolvency Trustees and other OSB E-Filing users:
Your old account has already been connected to your OSB E-Filing credentials. Proceed to sign in using your OSB E-Filing credentials.

Register- basic debtor information of all bankruptcies and proposals registered in Canada since 1978
- all receiverships registered with our office since January 1993
- all petitions recorded at our office; and
- all companies that have been granted protection under the Companies´ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) since September 18, 2009.
