Business Number (BN)
If the company has a Business Number (BN), you are required to enter the BN. Companies continuing from a jurisdiction outside Canada do not need to enter a BN.
Set out the statute under which the company was incorporated and the date of incorporation. If the company was subject to any previous continuance, set out the details of such continuance, i.e. the date of continuance, any change of name at the time of the continuance and the name and provision of the statute under which it was effected.
