Have you come up with a clever business name, a one-of-a-kind logo or a catchy slogan that you want to protect? A good first step to avoid wasted work and costs is to begin with an online search of intellectual property (IP) databases to see if your mark is available.

Let us help! Attend one of our “search-a-thons” and let our IP experts guide you in searching IP databases to determine whether there are any existing marks in use similar or identical to yours. Take this opportunity to get your questions answered by an IP expert as you learn what to search for and where.

Registering your trademark can protect your brand identity and set you apart from the competition.

Don’t miss out on this event! Our IP experts will be available to answer your questions and conduct searching exercises throughout this all-day event. Participants may attend and leave at their convenience.

This event requires you to bring your own laptop.

Space is limited and registration is mandatory. Registration closes at 5 p.m. on January 23.
