A Consolidation of the Agreement on Internal Trade The full text of the Agreement on Internal Trade, including the protocols of amendment, is available on the Internal Trade Secretariat site. The Secretariat is an independent and neutral intergovernmental body responsible for the administration of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
