Upcoming Systems Outage
There will be a Services interruption of the E-Filing, Bankruptcy Insolvency Records and CCAA Online Filing system, the OSB Licence Administration Application (OLAA) and the Licensed Insolvency Trustee registry on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. (EST), Sunday, September 22, 2019. During the period indicated, the database and the associated applications will be unavailable.

The OSB Licence Administration Application (OLAA) is an online self-service portal for Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) and LIT candidates that allows completion of common license administration tasks.
OLAA allows the LIT to:
- view and update their profile information, including addresses, licence status, and districts where they are approved to practise
- pay licence fees online
- register a Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act Insolvency Counsellor; and
- New apply for a corporate licence.
To access the system, you must be a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) or an LIT candidate. You must have received an email invitation providing you with an access code.

All LITs and LIT candidates will be sent an email with an access code.
The first time you access the system, you will need to enter the access code that you received by email. If you have not yet received an access code and would like to get started using the system, contact us using the information below.
Please ensure your login information is stored in a secure location in case you forget one or more elements, including login ID, password, and recovery questions. Please note that once set, your login ID cannot be recovered.
When returning to access the system, simply click on the Sign In button below and enter your username and password to access the system.
