Become a Language Portal of Canada Ambassador

The Translation Bureau is delighted to announce that it has recently launched the initiative: Language Portal of Canada Ambassadors! The Language Portal contains a host of resources to help Canadians communicate effectively in both official languages.

We would like as many Canadians as possible to get involved and show their passion for language. Therefore, we are writing today to ask if you would like to become a Language Portal Ambassador.

Your role as a Portal Ambassador will be quite simple: introduce the members of your network to the Language Portal and encourage them to become Portal Ambassadors.

Here are some easy ways you could serve as a Language Portal Ambassador:

  • Share articles on the Language Portal with members of your network through your internal newsletter, your blog your intranet site, or on your organization’s website.
  • Post a message about being a Language Portal Ambassador on your Facebook page.
  • Tweet about being a Language Portal Ambassador or recommend the Language Portal via your social networks. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #ourlanguages.
  • On your intranet site, your blog or your organization’s website, add a hyperlink to the Language Portal.
  • Insert the Language Portal Ambassador signature block in your e-mails.
