Comptrollership and Administration Sector
The Departmental Performance Review (DPR) is a key component in the cycle of planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting results to Parliament and Canadians. DPRs are the heart of accountability and managing for results in government.
Departments and agencies are encouraged to prepare their reports according to the Government of Canada Reporting Principles. These principles form the conceptual foundation upon which DPRs are prepared, and are consistent with current recommended public reporting practices.
