The Venture Capital Monitor provides current information about the Venture Capital (VC) industry in Canada. This year-end issue covers venture capital investment and fundraising activity in Canada over the whole of 2010. It also summarizes recent government initiatives related to supporting the Canadian VC industry, including the announcement of federal funding for five new Canadian Centres of Excellence for Commercialization and Research.
