Uses a variety of teaching approaches and a combination of the latest and traditional technologies:

  • led to increased enrolment and higher attendance rates in physics in past two years
  • students regularly exceed district and province-wide standards.

President of the Canada Wide Science Fair and organized the 1999 event.

Keeps in touch with former students and invites them to judge at science fairs. Several of these students raised funds to bring the Canada Wide Science Fair to Edmonton.

Editor of the Alberta Teachers' Association Science Council periodical.
