OK ON085 (Peterborough) has to move from  CH 11 to  CH 17. ON158 ( St. Catharines) has to move from CH 1 to CH 11. The digital service area (DSA) of the new CH 1 will receive interference from ON078 Mount Forest if this station starts to broadcast. The interference will only affect 1.1 % of the DSA or 31 sq. km in the southern portion of Scarborough.
