English Abstract

Precision is a unique item that will be used by Soccer Players. It is a
rectangular shape object with two velcro straps 3-4"wide. These straps
are adjustable, which make it possible for Precision to be moved up and
down, and side to side.

The rectangular portion of Precision is made from a "high density poly
ethylene" pipe, with a pipe diameter of 3-4".

Claims

Note: Claims are shown in the official language in which they were submitted.

Claims

1) The essential elements of "Precision" are its ability to develop a Soccer
Player' skill of
striking and scoring. It is made from "high density poly ethylene pipe, and
velcro.

2) Precision will enable a serious soccer player to have a refine ability to
control the ball by
sending it more accurately into the net. Such a skill, (refining the ability
to control the ball'
destination) will be possible because precision is many times smaller than the
actual goal.
Therefore, forcing the player to bulls-eye their strike. Moreover, when they
have such a skill,
he/she can place it further out of the goalie' reach.

3) As recited in Claim II; Precision being many times smaller than the actual
goal, forces the
player to be more precise with their aim.

4)The ability to move Precision around in the goal area will increase the
player' flexibility in
striking (driving the ball where they want it to go).

5) Previously recited in Claim IV; Precision narrows the focus to a more
precise point which
restrict the player to a specific spot. If the player misses the precise spot
they are most likely to
still score because the object, Precision, was made into a target.

PRECISION
By: Olga Johnson
Development Date: June 2007

Precision
Oxford states: the quality or condition of being precise/very accurate
[n.] (exactness)
Precision: a tool/instrument that will develop a soccer player' ability to be
more precise in
scoring; which will therefore increase their ability to score a far greater
number of goals.

I am making a formal request for a world wide patient. According to your
definition this is
considered to be a "small entity". You will find enclosed a money order for
$200.00; this will get
the process started. I was told by one of your colleagues that there are
different steps. Please
kindly let me know where I can save time and money in the process. I would
like the patient to be
issued as soon as possible. Thank you.

This revolutionary product is called "Precision".
Precision is a devise that will further develop and increase a player' ability
to score.
Precision is made from a medium weight plastic pipe and velcro straps. It will
be available in
various colours (lemon yellow, orange orange, hot pink, sky blue, lime green,
white, and black).
As stated earlier, Precision is made from a medium weight plastic piping. The
general size of
Precision is a rectangle with the dimensions measuring 3'X4'. Attached to the
rectangular device
are permanent velcro straps that is used to adjust the different heights,
lengths, and positions
(shifts from side to side). The straps are then attached to the top of the
soccer bar and
maneuvered to suit. Precision can be used by soccer teams, individual players,
and most
importantly strikers.

Aside from the innate abilities we possess; we leam and develop by knowledge
we acquire
through our senses. These very innate abilities could not develop and perfect
if it had not the
resources of knowledge. Precision, is an extraordinary devise that will
increase a soccer players
scoring ability. First, by the ailment of mind and body through our senses
(visual, touch, inner-
balance). Secondly, the motions used by a player to score are calculated steps
enables the player
to be precise (knowing how hard to kick, how much lift, angle etc.). Third,
their kinesthetic
ability is developed in that all of the above are put together to work as one
unit. As with any sport
there are many challenges (stress, pressures, demands); under such
circumstances the player must
maintain an equilibrium in which they can perform successfully. Moreover, when
the acquired
knowledge of these three characteristics from Precision are applied,
reinforced, and perfected
properly through repetitious action, the out-come must be success. For this
reason, the virtues of
Precision will be an ultimate asset to a skillful soccer player, and will be
evident in its results.
Sincerely, Olga R. Johnson
