VAP
USED FOR THE OIL AND NATURAL GAS HYDAULIC FRACKING INDUSTRY THIS
SYSTEM CLEANS ,STRAINS AND REMOVES ANY SOLUABLE AND INSOLUABLE
CONTANIMENTS IN THE WATER .DOWN TO 1 MICRON IN SIZE . IT FRAC VAP
SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED TO COME RIGHT TO THE WELL SITES AND PROCESS THE
WATER THERE .THIS EQUIPTMENT WILL ELIMINATE COUNTLESS TRUCKING TRIPS
HAULING WATER BACK AND FORTH DRAST8ICALLY CUT DOWN ON THE NEED OF
FRESH WATER THIS IS A 9 PART WATER CLEANING AND SEPORATING SYSTEM
THAT ALSO WILL WITH A SPECIALLY DESIGNED WATER TOWER ,COLLECT ANY
REMAINING CHEMICALS IN A CATCH PAN FOR EASILY REMOVAL , THIS IS A VERY
UNIQUIE SYSTEM THAT ENSURES THAT ALL THE CHEMICALS IN THE WATER ARE
SEPORATED OUT .IT WILL ELIMINATE A LOT OF COSTS CONNECTED TO THE OIL
AND GAS FRACKING INDUSTRY . AND A BIG BENIFIT FOR THE ENVIROMENT . AS
THE PROCESS WATER WILL NOT BE NEEDED TO BE TRUCKED ANY WHERE FOR
PROCESSING AS IT GETS PROCESSED RIGHT ON SITE . OR THE WATER CAN BE
MIXED WITH USED FRAC WATER AND USED FOR REINJECTION OR INSTALLED
BACK INTO THE ENVIROMENT NATURALY IN A VAPOR FORM . THIS SYSEMM
REMOVALS ALL HARM FULL IMPURITIES FROM THE WATER IN A MECHANICAL
SEPORATING FORM .WHEN THE FRACKING PROCEDURE IS COMPLETED WITH

CHARCHOL FILTERS ARE THERE TO REMOVE ANY RADIO ACTIVE MATERIAL
( NORMS ) ANY HYDROCARBONS AND ANY HYDROGEN SULFIDE LEFT IN THE
WATER. THE CHARBON IS REGENERATED WITH THE HELP OF A REGENERATION
FURNACE ( 18 ) WHICH IS PART OF THE UNIT
THE FLUIDS ARE THEN AT A CLEAN AND POLISHED STATE AND CAN BE SENT TO
ONE OF TWO DIRECTIONS . FIRST THEY CAN BE PUMPED TO A HOLDING TANK
( 20 ) TO BE USED AGAIN IN THE FRACKING PROCESSS .
THE FLUIDS CAN ALSO BE SENT TO BE DISPERSED IN THE ENVIROMENT IN A
NATRURAL FORM ,( VAPOR) THE FLUUIDS WILL BE SENT THROUGH A PLATE FIN
HEAT EXCHANGER ( 21 ) WHERE THEY PICK UP THE HEAT FROM THE 75 HORSE
POWER BOILER ( 22 ) THEY ARE HEATED TO A TEMPERATURE OF 175 FARANHIET .
THE FLUIDS THEN GO TO A WATER TOWER. ( 23 ) THE FUIDS ENTER TO TOWER AT
THE TOP AND WITH THE ELIVATED TEMPERATURE OF THE TOWER WATER THE
WATER WILL TURN TO A STATE OF VAPOR .WHEN THIS TAKES PLACE ANY CHEM
ICALS OR IMPURITIES LEFT V IN THE WATER WILL BE LEFT BEHIND IN THE
TOWER AS A SOLID ON THE TOWER TUBES. THE TOWER TUBES ARE MADE FROM

NORMALY MADE FROM THICK ONE INCH STEEL PIPES WITH A HEAVY GUAGE .

CA 02822927 2013-08-05
THIS WATER TOWER IS DESIGNED WITH FLEXIBLE METAL PIPES SO THE
CHEMICALS LEFT BEHIND ON THESE CAN BE EASILY EXTRACTED . AFTER A
PREDETERMINED TIME INTRAVAL THE WATER FLOW TO THE TOWER WILL STOP
AND THE AIR SUPPLY TO THE TOWER CONTINUES TO DRY THE CHEMICALS ON
THE TUBES. THEN AGAIN AT A PREDETERMINED TIME A MODULATING MOTOR ( 24
)CONNECTED WITH A STEEL ARM . BRINGS THE WATER TOWER PIPES UP AND
DOWN ABOUT 4 INCHEAS IN EACH DIRECTION SLOWLY ,THIS ALLOWS THE
CHEMICAL COATING ON THE PIPES TO CRACK AND FALL OFF . THEY FALL DOWN
TO A CATCH SCEEN AT THE BOTTEM OF THE TOWER FOR EASILY REMOVAL.
AFTER THE REMOVAL STAGE IS COMPLETED THE SYSTEM RESTARSTS THE WATER
FLOW TO THE THE TOWER .
THE FLUIDS ARE THEN IN A VAPOR FORM AND WITH THE HELP OF A FORCED
AIR FLOW AND A FAN . THE WATER VAPOR IS SENT UP INTO THE AIR IN A CLEAN
AND NATURAL FORM.
THE END RESULTS ARE THE FLOW BACK FLUIDS ARE TURNED FROM A
HARMFULL WASTE TO A CLEAN AND POLISHED USABLE WATER AND DOWN TO
A LEVEL OF PURITY THAT AFTER TESTING CAN BE REINSTALLED BACK INTO
THE LAKES AND RIVERS ..
