Ultra-Low Flush Toilet System
Technical field:
An Ultra-Low Flash Toilet System is an invention which belongs to toilets and
washrooms technical field and as modification also applicable in kitchens and
with
central vacuums. Consisted is of an ultra-low flush toilet, automatic sewer
flusher and
excrements-waste-dust collector, and with its functionality determines new
concept of
using used - "gray water "in function of significant water saving in household
or public
places. In washrooms application it is used for flushing human excrements,
while its
modification for kitchens and central vacuums is used for flushing majority of
organic
waste from kitchens or dust and small waste in application with vacuums, and
also can
be in function of flushing and cleaning overall sewer system. On higher scale
sewer
flushers as electronically coordinated and controlled sewer water collectors
are used for
acceleration of city's central sewer system all in function of maintaining
sewer system
without any clogging and in function of transportation of entire household and
organic
waste and dust from public places, as for example public toilets, restaurants,
food
producing facilities, etc.
Background of invention:
Many tries was in the past to make used "gray" water again reusable for
flushing toilet,
which is after bath tub biggest household water consumer, but no one yet found
its
wider application how in the household so in public washrooms and therefrom
some
bigger commercial production. Was tried to make toilet which above flush tank
has a
sink and that water from hand wash to be collected in that flush tank
US5813047A ,
CN2642872Y, and reused for flushing toilet what means somebody will must first
to
wash the hands with 6 liter of water to have enough for toilet's flush !?.
Other solutions
are going in that direction of collecting water from shower, sink or some
other "gray"
water in some above the toilet bigger tank, where that water will be reused
for flushing
thru the toilet US 8,931,122 BI; U53995327. So therefrom are solutions with
electric
pumps which are pumping used water in that tanks ES 1 090 556 U, ES 2 319 076
B1
or in other case the toilet is one story lower and the shower and sink are on
upper level
so water from that level is collecting in toilet's tank and after reused for
flushing.
Many tries was to make a low water consuming ¨low flush toilet with clean
water
US006070276A, US 6,332,229 B1 where one gallon of water or a bit under gallon
was
maximal achievement in actual toilet's syphon flushing principle. Need to
flush a toilet
with clean water is obvious, because however gray water could be reusable it
is
certainly dirty as also will be the toilet from that aspect. Therefrom that
flush tank by
time can get lots of dirt buildups, so however that useful could be, it is
still dirty and bad
smelling. Other problem with the clean water low water consuming toilets
1
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

CN201358503Y; US20080276362A1; CN2758345Y; is that with low amount of water
human solid excrements cannot be washed out through a sewer pipe easy enough
without possibility of sewer clogging because for that wash-up is necessary
bigger
amount of water, could be said some water "wave". So there is the problem,
lots of
"slow" water from the sinks, showers, dishwasher, or laundry washer, is
running out thru
the sewer without any bigger sewer flushing effect, so possibility of making
buildups on
the sewer pipes is so big, as also sewer clogging. On that part of the sewer
where are
used actual so called "low" flush toilets with about 6 liter tank and more,
the sewer pipes
have less possibilities to have any buildups because there is present that
water "wave"
which is washing that pipes much better. But that kind of toilets are still
using for
flushing almost half of water used in household. For example, if is average
daily use of
toilet four to five times per person in big flush mode, a family of four daily
is spending
approximately a100-120 I of water on toilet's flushing, while on the shower
rationally
used probably no more than 80-100 I, or even less. On the other hand the very
low flush
toilets cannot good enough to flush excrements without possibility of sewer
clogging
because they don't have enough forceful water for that. To take used water and
pass it
thru the toilet that is somehow dirty, or just dirty.
This invention is try to solve all this existing problems, to reduce how in
the
household so in the public toilets clean water consumption for toilet's
flushing on 1.2-2 I
maximum of clean water for big toilet flush. Also this is solution of clean
water saving
and using "gray water" for flushing majority of organic waste from household
and public
kitchens as also dust and small waste from central vacuums in household or
public.
System could be also used with any other water consumer separately in purpose
of
flushing and keeping the sewer system absolutely clean without any possibility
of
clogging or by time getting some buildups and that everywhere without using
any power
pumps, cleaners or so on.
Summary of the invention:
On difference of all previous inventions where was tried "gray water" to be
reused thru
the toilet, collecting it in the toilet's flush tank, in this invention the
toilet is flushed with
1.2 Ito maximum 2 I of clean water for big flush, depending of toilet's
versions and
adjustment, where maximal daily consumption of water for flushing in family of
four
could be maximal 20-32 I for 16 big flashes.
Here, used water is collecting in "Automatic Sewer Flushers" with different
capacities
which could be inbuilt for example under the shower (fig.6), under the tub, in
the sink
cabinet how in the kitchen (fig.8) so in the washroom, beside the laundry
washer as
separate or with central vacuum integrated version (fig.9), or wherever is
some source
of used "gray", rain, sea or industrial water. So, how the name says,
automatic sewer
flusher, what means that collector of used water when filed up automatically
is flushing
all water content and again and again, The toilet now flushed with 1.2 I., of
clean water
for the big and 0.7 I, for the small flush, functioning on the tray principle,
has under in
the sewer pipe one addition of much wider for purpose made, as an enlarged
pipe,
2

excrements-waste collector. It is able to collect the excrements for even few
days 3-4,
depending of capacity, although in the homes where people are using water for
the
shower or other water consumers, collector's flushing could be daily. That
excrement
collector is always as the toilet installed downstream of the automatic sewer
flusher, and
connected with wider 3" sewer pipes with it. Excrements collector has its
modifications
for kitchen or with central vacuum use.
For example under one shower 32"X32" raised 5" could be inbuilt an automatic
sewer
flusher of 30-50 I capacity (fig.6) of used water and filed from 2, 3 or 4
shower uses, in
the sinks some of 10-30 I capacity (fig.8), beside the laundry washer 30-50 I
capacity or
bigger if is as separate, all in function of collecting "slow "water and after
in the big
"wave" to release it in the sewer. Principle is the same with the toilet and
its
excrements-waste collector, where this big "wave" on its way first is washing
out the
excrements-waste collector and after all the sewer pipes to the street
connection or
external collector. All this is absolutely automatically without any energy
consumption
but with possibility in the energy save.
Difference between this invention and others existing is in minimal water
consumption
for toilet's flush 1.2 I big and 0.7 I small flush what makes it very quiet in
use, toilet is
flushed with clean water, sewer is almost or even everyday perfectly washed
out, daily
saved water from toilet's flush is enough for shower use for family of 4 also
daily. The
system could be used wherever is some "gray" water source or even rain or
other water
decreasing actual clean water consumption for toilet's flushing up to 80%
,from 100 I. a
day used of 6 I flush toilet to 20 I a day for 16 big flushes, with absolutely
clean toilet.
System's modifications used for kitchens and central vacuums are also water
savers in
a certain way, using used-gray water instead of clean for flushing organic
waste and
dust, using this way gravitation force and used water's transportation
potential to the
maximum.
Advantages: significant decrees in clean water consumption for toilet's
flushing what
could means household water consumption could be decreased daily up to 50%,
clean
toilet, and sewer maintenance without any buildups in any sewer pipes and
possibilities
of clogging. In the kitchen is used for flushing all of the food and all other
from kitchen
organic waste, with very significant clean water saving for that purpose
comparing with
clean water used in actual conception with garburators-crushers where clean
water is
used for flushing during crusher's work as prevention of sewer clogging, and
with
central vacuum for flushing dust and other vacuumed small waste. No plastic
bags used
for organic waste or dust, the cheapest gravitational transportation of all
mentioned over
sewer system and clean sewer system without any possibility of clogging.

Detailed description: the parts and functionality
The parts
The Ultra Low Flush Toilet System (fig.7) is the water sawing system based on
using
used ¨"gray" or other water for flushing human excrements from sewer system
after
toilet's use, which is also in a function of maintaining always clean sewer
system, using
for flushing toilet minimal amount of clean water 1.2 I, for big and 0.7 I,
for small flush, or
even less.
The whole system is consisted of:
- An ultra-low flush toilet (fig.1, 2); - An automatic sewer flusher (fig.4,
6,); -An
excrement-waste-dust collector (fig.1, 7, 8 (2), 2 (2a)). ¨A toilet's seat
board (fig.1, 2, 3
(4b, 4c)). ¨ A flushing water tank assembly (fig.5).
The ultra-low flush toilet (fig.1, 2), is the toilet based on use of minimal
necessary
amount of clean water for flushing human excrements from toilet's bowl. Except
in
household and public washrooms where is connected on water and sewer system,
can
be used as minimal flushing version wherever is provided that minimal
necessary
amount of flushing water, what means could be used on boats, trains, container
washrooms, recreational vehicles and trailers etc. In some of that places
flushed
8
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

excrements and sewer water are collected in collecting tanks and afterwards
cleaned.
Built is different than existing toilets and consisted is of these segments:
- The toilet's body (fig.1(1)) which is the same as actual toilets built of
porcelain or
some other material with differences in the toilet's bowl look with the bowl's
opening on
the bottom, with the bowls bottom horizontal edge-rim (fig.2(1f))(3(1g)) as
also with
underneath open space with the precisely made rim in the lower toilets body
for
accepting and sealing- siliconizing or gluing the bottom plastic chamber to
the toilet's
body(fig.1 (1b)).Also are characteristic flushing holes evenly fitted
underneath the bowl's
top hollow rim connected with the flush tank (fig.2 (1a)) with few 4-5 bigger
holes on the
front in function of better washout of the toilet's tray (fig.2(1i)).Toilet's
bowl interior
above the tray can be teflonised in function of having the easiest flushing
surface in
function of maximal water saving what can be except for household and public
version
for boats, airplanes, trains etc..
- The bottom plastic chamber (fig 1, 3. (1b)), as the name says, made is of
plastic
and siliconized-glued is in the toilet's body, it is in function to connect
the toilet's body
with sewer installation and that way receive and further deliver excrements.
- On it is ,on the top, hinged (fig.1,3(3k,3h)) the toilet's ellipsoidal in
shape, tray
(fig.1(3),2(3a)), (fig.3(3b,3c,3f)) made of regular sanitary plastic, teflon
or other inert
plastic or of other materials as roast free metal with or without teflonised
interior
functional surface, or as metal tray with interior thinner changeable teflon
insert. The
counter weight on its back (fig.1, 3 (3e)) is keeping the tray with water
refill filed by
excrements, balanced. On the tray's front, underneath is the pull-push rod's
lock guide
(fig.2, 3 (3j), where is hooked the dumping rod (fig.1 (1c)), (2(1d)), in
function of pulling
up or pushing down the tray's front opening (fig.3 (3d)). When is in upper-
closed
position and filled by water, tray's function is as a trap, to make a water
barrier between
the toilet's bowl and the bottom plastic chamber that way don't giving odor
and gases to
get out (fig.1 (3)), and also water don't allows solid excrements to stick on
the bottom of
the tray, what in of teflon made or teflonised tray option can have maximal
effect. In
dumping position (fig.2(3a)) pushed down by pull-push rod, its function is
with help of
flushed water to dump all collected excrements and be cleaned by flushed
water(fig.(1 i));
¨ Under the toilet in the low or high platform (fig.1 (8)) or under version
for disabled
people are fitted sewer fittings (fig.1,2 (2c)) with the flapper valve made
also of inert
plastic (fig.2(2d)) which is preventing odor and gases from sewer to turn back
in the
exhaust-vent, as also in the toilet's bowl during the flushing, and the
exhaust-sewer vent
(fig.2 (2e)) in function to pull out all odor and gasses, on principle of warm
air lift, which
can get out from sewer system as also from the toilet's bowl while flushing.
¨ in public and in luxury household variations as also in very low space
taking
versions for boats, trains, recreational vehicles or container versions of
ultra-low flush
toilets, in the toilet's body behind the bowl is fitted compact assembly
(fig.2 (1e)) for the
9
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

high pressure electronically or mechanically actuated flush tank (fig.2 (5a)),
soap tank,
warm water tank and air blower;
-On the top of toilet is the one hand use hygienic set, version of the
Universal
Washroom Hygienic Unit, in compact version (fig.2), with compact assembly of
the air
blower and soap tank with faucet (fig.2 (4a)), and in household version on the
back is
the assembly with flushing system (fig.1 (5, 5n, 50, 5q)), air blower, water
heater tank,
faucet and soap tank ¨lid (fig.1 (4)).
-The automatic sewer flusher (fig.4, 6) is part of this system, mostly made of
plastic,
but the tank (fig.4, 6, 8 (6)) could be made of other materials as metal or
fiber glass, and
some rubber and metal for interior parts. In function is of collecting used
¨"gray"
water(fig.4, 6 (61)), and automatically flushing when is overfilled and could
be installed or
inbuilt as an integral part under the showers and bath tubs (fig.6), sink
cabinets in
bathroom or kitchen (fig.8(6)) or as separate unit behind the laundry washers
(fig.4) or
other clean water consumers. Consisted is of: a sewer flusher's intake with
some
water trap on its front (fig .4,6 (6a)); the big float (fig.4,6 (6b)) fitted
in the top of flusher
seated on its plastic rests (fig.4,6(6o)) in function is to pull up the float
plug (fig.4 (6c))
directly or with lever solution, opening water to flow out from the
tank(fig.4,6(6d)); an
overflow pipe (fig.4,6(6f)) in function to let water to overflow in case that
the float plug
don't opens and also in function of an exhaust when the float plug is closed
as also
when is open keeping in system free air circulation over an upper exhaust
(fig.4,6(6k)) ;
a float plug's puller (fig.4,6(6g)) is in function over the
lever(fig.4,6(6n)), and chain
(fig.4,6(6p)), to keep the float plug pulled up to last amount of water with
floating dirt
(fig.4,6(6g)) giving chance to incoming water at last moment to wash out the
float plug's
seat for perfect afterwards shut off. It is on the bottom concave as a spoon
made
(fig.4,6(6h)), to make resistance to water and be pushed down; a float plug's
plastic
leader (fig.4,6(6i)) is in function to lead the float plug back at right place
for shut off; the
float plug is in function, by sealing rubber on its bottom (fig.4,6(6e)), to
shut off the
automatic sewer flusher in water collecting purpose and as lighter for a bit
of water
when pulled up in water it floats by itself; a button for hand flush
(fig.4,6(6m)) is option
for intentional flushing in some case when the float plug don't opens or is
closed over
some dirt and don't keeps water, or just as intentional flushing option; the
exhaust-
vent pipe (fig.4,6(6k)) in function to provide air circulation when the tank
is filling and
emptying to don't slow down the water "wave"; a tank's hermetically sealing
lid(fig.4,6(6j)) keeps the automatic sewer flusher closed and without
possibilities of
water leaking or an odor spread, made is as lids for plastic pails easy to
open easy to
close in purpose of eventual cleaning of the flusher's interior. On the
flusher's bottom is
connection with sewer (fig.4, 6(6q)). Wherever installed, as separate unit or
as inbuilt
unit it needs to have, over the lid, access to its functional parts in case of
cleaning (fig.6
(6r)).
The Automatic Sewer Flusher used with central vacuum (fig.9 (10c)) is slightly
modified, here float plug's puller is fitted in tight leader (fig.9 (10d))
with purpose of
1.13
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

preventing any suction from flusher while vacuum is in function. Also overflow
pipe (fig.9
(10e)) is connected on sewer system under the dust collector's flapper valve
(fig.9
(10g)), making that way absolutely closed space for vacuum's functioning.
Flushers
outflow pipe (fig.9 (10i)) is here connected with dust collector at a sharp
angle making
that way, when water is released, whirlpool in the collector taking out
progressively
collected dust and waste.
- The excrement-waste collector (fig.1, 8 (2)), (fig.2 (2a)), is could be said
part of
sewer fittings (fig.1, 2 (2c)), and made of the same kind of plastic in
different lengths,
widths and capacities, but always about double longer than wider. Also size
depends of
that how much excrements-waste it has to collect before flushing what also
depends of
produced amount of used water as also of capacity of automatic sewer flusher
with
whom it needs to be in proportion, bigger collector bigger flusher and
opposite. It should
be no deeper than diameter of the sewer pipe on which is connected for example
pipe is
3", depth is 3". Incoming and outgoing openings are on the same level so
excrements-
waste can float or sediment on the bottom but not to get out before flushing
to don't clog
the sewer in some spot where they can stack all together (fig.2 (2a)).
Connected with
the from sewer flusher incoming pipe (fig.1(2f)) on its front and the sewer
outgoing pipe
on the back, on the top with the flapper's valve fitting (fig.2 (2d)), over
which is
connected with the next fitting fig.2 (2c)) which is in connection with the
exhaust-vent
(fig.2 (2e)) and the toilet's bottom chamber(fig.1(1 b). Interior of the
collector is
everywhere significantly rounded (fig.1, 8 (2b)) in function to prevent any
stacking of
waste, toilet paper, hair or excrements. In combination with the sewer flusher
is used in
kitchen sink cabinets for collection of all household of food organic waste
(fig.8),
delivered thru the connection pipe from the disposal opening over waste
chopper-
crusher (fig.8 (9)).
Excrements- waste collector has its modification as cyclonic dust collector
(fig.9
(10f)), in application of system with central vacuums, where is on it
connected or with it
compactly together built for vacuum modified Automatic Sewer Flusher. Dust
collector
has on its top vacuum's functional assembly consisted of vacuum's fan (fig.9
(10a)) and
filter (fig.9 (10b)) where is also collector's intake pipe (fig.9 (10h)).Under
is dust
collector's outflow closed with flapper valve (fig.9 (10g)).
- The toilet's seat board made of plastic, wood or combination of other
materials, as the
bigger frontal (fig.1, 2, 3(4b)) and smaller back segment (fig.1, 2, 3(4c)),
can also be in
big function of preventing dirtying toilet's bowl interior (fig.2 (If)). Made
elongated in
function for the Universal Washroom Hygienic Unit of which whole this system
is
intended to be an integral part, with the narrowed interior perimeter
(fig.3(4d)), and
made concave(fig.3(4b)) toward the center of underneath tray(fig.3(3I)). It is
forcing an
user to seat in the center of the board as only comfortable option, and that
way all solid
excrements will usually fall in the center of the tray, what means they will
not fall on or
contact toilet's bowl sides keeping them clean. The frontal segment (fig.1, 2,
3 (4b)) is
following toilet's bowl shape (fig.3(1h)) which is made wider in the back for
easier use in
11
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

sink mode ,as also to be more comfortable for seating in both directions. The
back
segment (fig.1,2,3 (4c)) hinged on the same shafts (fig.3(4e)) as the faucet
and frontal
segment in function of faucet's rest and hand stop in bidet and sink mode use.
-The water flushing tank's assembly (fig.5) made mostly of plastic some rubber
as
sealing elements for float plugs (fig.3 (5e, 5f, 5g)) and the shut of valve,
and some metal
as springs for the shut of valve (fig.5 (5b)) and springs for flushing shaft
(fig.5 (5n)) with
press levers (fig.1 (5q)) for turning all them back all together with the
toilet's tray in
closed position. For turning back flushing assembly could be also used the
counterweight (fig.1, 5 (5p)) fitted on main flushing shaft or in back
assembly. Tank is
made as two chambers tank, where one is bigger with maximal capacity of 1.5 I
and
minimal 1 I. Capacity is calculated with continual refiling water inflow while
flushing and
shut of valve and big chamber's float plug-s are open and also depends of
adjustment
or toilet's version (fig.1, 5(5)). The small chamber or so called the tray's
refill tank, is
with maximal capacity of 0.5 land minimal 0.21 (fig.5(5g)), also calculated
with continual
refiling water inflow while the shut off valve is open. The big chamber is
equipped with
two bigger float plugs (fig.5(5e,5f)) which are plugging its content shared on
big flush
when both float plugs are open and small flush, which could be half of
chamber's
content, when is just the upper float plug open(fig.5(5e)). As all
gravitational flush tanks
this also has its water inflow (fig.5 (5m)) which over the shut off valve's
system, made of
the shut off float with water level adjustment, shut off lever, and shut off
valve (fig.5
(5b)), is filing by water over the refill hose (fig.5 (Sc)) first the small
chamber (fig.5 (5g))
which when filled up overflows in the big chamber (fig.5 (5)). There from, the
small
chamber should be for a bit higher than the maximal filling point of the big
chamber
(fig.5 (5g)). The float plugs how on the big so on the small chamber are
actuated over
the flushing mechanism (fig.5 (5h)) consisted of the flushing shaft (fig.5
(5n)) on which
also could be or is fitted counterweight (fig.5(5p)) , connected with the
press levers (fig.1
(5q)) on which is fitted the pull-push rod's lever (fig.1, 5 (5o)), on which
is also fitted the
lever for pulling up or pushing down actuating bars for float plugs (fig.5
(5k)),It is
opening the float plug for small flush (fig.5 (5e)) while the tray is in
dumping position
(fig.2 (3a)) as a first degree, which could be filed as resistance on the
press lever (fig.1
(5q)), while the second degree is one more small press on the press lever for
opening
the second float plug (fig.5 (5f)) releasing full amount of water from the big
chamber.
The float plug on small refill chamber is opened when the flushing mechanism
is turned
almost back and the toilets tray is in closed position (fig.1 (3)).The
flushing tank is on
the top closed with the good sealing lid on which top is the vent pipe (fig.5
(5j)), while in
interior of the tank is the overflow pipe (fig.5 (5i)) in function of water
release if the tank
overfills, in case of the shut of valve's malfunction.
Functionality
As above mentioned the Ultra-Low Flush Toilet System (fig.7) is consisted of: -
the ultra-
low flush toilet, -automatic sewer flusher, -excrement-waste-dust collector, -
toilet's
seat board, -flushing water tank assembly. Every one of this parts with its
specific shape
12
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

and functionality have bigger or smaller influence on functionality of whole
system in
function of maximal water saving in toilet's or other modified modes of use.
-The ultra-low flush toilet with its specific tray and bottom plastic chamber
is
invention and try to change principle on which are functioning all modern for
siting toilets
with water use for human excrements removal.
Today, in wide use, we have two models of for seating by water washed toilets,
working on similar" trap "principle where water is closing odors and gases
from sewer
pipes. One is European and one is North American and in both that principles
power of
clean water is used to push excrements thru the toilet's water trap but with
some
differences. In European model excrements are falling directly on the toilet's
bowl, on
dry surface so therefrom power of water is used not just for pushing
excrements thru the
"trap" but also for washing that surface, and therefrom bigger amount of
forceful water is
necessary. North American model is built such a way that toilet's bowl is
filed with
certain amount of about 1-2 I of water in which excrements are falling
directly, also with
function of "trap" but also in function to prevent excrements of sticking on
the toilet's
bowl. But to be possible all that to clean and to pull that amount of water
out in the
sewer here is used so called"siphon effect". "Siphon effect" is effect where
water,
running thru curved pipes down, is filing that pipes totally and running down
is making
behind vacuum which is pulling all additional liquid from some container with
whom is
connected over some higher obstacle than water's level, as container's wall.
To activate
this effect in a toilet, necessary is some amount of forceful water 3-4 I
depending of
water's force, which will with that "siphon effect" pull and wash out all
excrements. With
all tries and solutions minimal amount of water with or without bowl refill,
question is
how is calculated, is lowered on about 4 liters in big flush mode with
doubtful
functionality of whole system and possibility of sewer clogging.
This Ultra Low Flush Toilet is functioning on similar "trap" principle where
the tray
filed by water is closing the toilet's bowl bottom edge not allowing
potentially odors to
get out from the toilet's bottom plastic chamber. Also filed by water it has
the same
function as North American type of toilet where presence of water don't allows
excrements to stick on the tray's surface, with one difference, here the tray
with minimal
amount of refill water 0.2 I, is invented with teflonised interior surface or
is teflon or of
similar inert plastic made what additionally maximally prevents that
possibility. The
biggest, could be said the main, difference between this new solution and old
one is
using gravitation and minimal water force for dumping human excrements and in
the
same time with the same water washing the toilet's bowl and tray, while for
odor
prevention is used bigger exhaust-vent system which is functioning on warm air
lift and
the sewer flapper valve which is also in that function closing the sewer all
the time and
opening only in moment when water and excrements are passing thru. Washing
with
the same water the toilet's bowl and excrements is similar with the
functionality of
European type of toilet with difference of at list five time less used clean
water for that
purpose in this new solution.
13
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

The toilet's tray could be made of plastic or of roast free metal, can be
teflonised or
of teflon or similar inert plastic made and use minimal amount of water,
possible even
below 1.2 I for big flush altogether with the tray's refill, what means, solid
excrements if
are not too messy could be flushed-dumped in small flush mode with 0.7 I of
water. On
its back the tray has the counterweight which is in function, when is the tray
filed, to
keep some counter balance to remained water and solid excrements and to allow
easy
turning back in closed position after flushing. The tray is hinged on the top
of plastic
bottom chamber (fig.1,3(3k )) inside of chamber's top rim which is siliconized
in the
toilet's body, and by special tool-key the tray could be easy taken off, or
opposite, the
same in dumped position mounted on .When taken off it is in dumped position
(fig.2(3a)) pushed back and down (fig.1(3k)) and after "unlocked"-unhooked
from the
pull-push rod's lock guide what means the pull-push road's end is pulled out
from its
guide under the front of toilet's tray(fig.2(3j)), after what so totally
released pushed
down in the bottom chamber with its front turned sideways and pulled out thru
the
bowls bottom opening (fig.3(1g)).As said, the tray is pulled up and pushed
down over
the dumping rod "locked"-hooked in the lock guide leaded up and down over the
rods
leader moved up and down over the push ¨pull rod connected with the rod's
lever which
is over the shaft connected with the flush levers designed for possibility to
be for
flushing pressed down by elbow while user is still seating on the toilet
without palm
touch, symmetrically mounted on both side of the compact assembly. Over the
flush
shaft, flush lever is actuating one of flushing modes described in flushing
tank
functionality. In electronical flushing mode the flush rod is puled and pushed
by
magnetic module actuated by sensor or by button, flushing also in two or in
only one
flushing mode. While flushing, water is, thru the toilet's top hollow rim,
from the flushing
tank running over flushing holes , where on the front that holes are bigger
allowing
bigger amount of water to pass thru that direction lowering with its force
over toilet's
bowl and over toilet's tray washing all on its way to the sever and excrements
collector.
The toilets body and bottom plastic chamber are centered and tightened
together on
the toilet's bottom to the unit's platform or eventually floor in some
handicap variation.
- The Automatic Sewer Flusher's function is in big water "wave" to flush sewer
over
excrement ¨waste-dust collector or only to flush sewer on any level in
function of
cleaning or transporting excrements, organic waste or other small waste or
dust thru the
sewer system. It is used as a "gray" or other non-clean water collector built
and
installed as separate, or inbuilt as an integral or compact component in some
household water consumers as for example showers, bathroom tabs, kitchens or
central
vacuums. Could be built in different shapes and with different capacities
depending also
of amount of used water produced by some certain water consumer. In this
solution it is
in function of flushing the toilet's sewer system all together with the
excrements collector
wherever the ultra-low flush toilets are installed, but its application can be
flushing
sewer system behind any household or public water consumer, as the sinks-
bathroom
or kitchen (fig.8), dishwashers (fig.8 (9a)), laundry washers etc., in
function of
preventing on sewer buildups and eventual clogging. It is connected with the
same
14
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

diameter pipe for the part of sewer it is flushing, for example if it is
connected with the
household toilet's excrements collector it is connected with 3" interior
diameter pipe, or if
it is flushing behind the kitchen's waste collector (fig.8) with same diameter
of that waste
collector's sewer pipe, or if used for big washroom places with the same
diameter of
outflowing excrement collector's sewer pipe etc.
The automatic sewer flusher is connected by inflow pipe with the water
consumer, for
example a shower, behind some water trap. Plugged by float plug on its outlet
it is
collecting water while ever that water don't makes enough pressure on the
upper big
float which so pushed up is unplugging the float plug , which slightly lighter
than water is
now floating by itself letting all that water to run out. Water running out is
pushing down
concave as a spoon made end of the float plug's puller fitted in the overflow
pipe or
leader. Connected over the puller's lever and over the chain or plastic rod
with the float
plug it is keeping the same up, to the last amount of outflowing gray water
and floating
dirt, while incoming water is washing out the float plug's seat for perfect
afterwards
plugging. When the float plug plugs up all is starting again, and again... The
overflow
pipe is in function of water overflow in case that float plug didn't open,
while the button
for hand press flush is in function of intentional flush, when the float plug
is closed over
some dirt and is not plugging good enough, or also if the big float from some
reason
didn't open the float plug, or as only intentional flush for emptying
excrement-waste
collector. This button should be easy reachable in integrated versions, as
tubs and
showers, end exposed as a solution. The flusher's exhaust-vent is in function
to prevent
creation of lower air pressure and faster water flow from by tank's hermetic
lid closed
sewer flusher.
With vacuum Automatic Sewer Flusher is modified, float plug's puller is now
instead in
overflow pipe fitted in tight sealed leader pipe and overflow pipe is
connected by sewer
under dust collector's flapper valve. If flusher overfills while vacuum is
working, float
plug then pulled down by vacuum cannot open and water must to overflow in the
sewer.
Flapper valve on the vacuum dust collector's bottom pulled up by vacuum also
cannot
open. Float plug's puller, now in tight leader, is also pulled by vacuum down
but much
tinier in diameter than float plug it cannot have some influence on it and
pull it up. But
when vacuum stops working big float is doing its function pulling up float
plug and then
water from flusher is released and vacuum's dust collector is flushed. Vacuum
collector's flushing pipe is so fitted on the side at sharp angle, when
flushing to make in
dust collector whirlpool taking out all collected progressively to the sewer.
Flushing in
version with vacuum can be also electronically actuated over buttons on
vacuuming
hose receptacles in the house, actuating the same time over the same button
vacuum's
sewer flusher and vacuum's filter self-cleaning option.
The automatic sewer flusher can be used and refiled with rain, melted snow
water,
sea, or any other as for example industrial water, where is in use, collected
in big
cisterns for example for big public washroom places where is not present some
bigger
source of "gray" water for example on airports, and refiled in certain
intervals for
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

example in one, two or three days. Depending of frequency of public washroom
use can
be chosen flushing interval.
But also, where is no other water, choice can be clean water from a water
system
which is also filing some bigger sewer flusher in chosen interval ,flushing a
mutual
sewer excrements collector of some bigger public washroom consisted of for
example
6-7 washroom units or more, in daily or chosen interval . Used clean water in
this case
will not be bigger than maximal 2 I per toilet used in big flush mode, what
can make total
amount of water used in mentioned mode no bigger than 3.2 I. So, goal is to
plan and
build public washrooms where is some source of used- "gray" or other non-clean
water
available, what is easy, or statistically calculate big flushes in public
washrooms and
frequency of use, what also can be easy, or using the modern technology in
precise
calculating big flushes in public washrooms and precise refiling interval for
sewer
flusher. However saving of clean water will be very significant.
Capacity of one Automatic Sewer Flusher can be from 10 liter for some flusher
used
for sewer maintenance behind some water consumer as for example some bathroom
sink, to few tens or even hundreds tons-cube meters of water used for washing
out and
organic waste transportation thru some city's central sewer system. On that
higher level,
that kind of flushers-sewer water collectors will be electronically controlled
and
coordinated over the city's sewer control system and flushed in certain time
and interval,
but function of sewer flushing and excrements and waste transportation will be
identical
as on the smallest one. Plugs on such big collectors will be actuated-
unplugged by
power system, as also amount of released water and water flow controlled by
electronical system, coordinating that way functionality of the whole sewer
system and
its waste transporting potential.
-The excrements-waste collector is one sewer fitting installed downstream
under the
toilet in toilet's sewer system or on the first position, as lower as better,
in the sewer
system where solid excrements flushed with very small amount of water can
stack. Also
could be made and installed in different capacities depending also of
frequency of
production and collecting used water in sewer flusher from some water consumer
how
in household so in public toilet's use. Made is, as in the section oval, with
everywhere
rounded interior, for one diameter deeper than with it connected sewer pipes,
depending of capacity or place to fit it wide and long, but always
approximately double
and more longer than wider, what means can be produced in different shapes
adapted
to sewer installations in some part of the world, but with the same
proportional depth. In
function is of collecting human excrements on one place in by liquid filed
bottom of
collector, don't giving to solid excrement from the ultra-low flush toilet to
stuck
somewhere in sewer system and clog it, what would be epilog without the sewer
flusher,
but also with it but without the excrements collector if that excrements stuck
in one
place. This way collecting solid excrements on one place, letting them waiting
for that
big water "wave" from the automatic sewer flusher which in excrements
collector is
16
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

making kind of whirlpool equally concentrating excrements in the collector and
that way
allowing them, which are still solid, one by one with flushed water pressure
to be
pushed out thru whole sewer system without any clogging.
The same this modified solution is used in kitchen's sink cabinets (fig.8
(2)), under the
garburator or for this system specially built heavy duty kitchen organic waste
chopper-
crusher (fig.8 (9)) able to crush entire from kitchen organic waste, as food
and
vegetables remains all other waste including fish ,poultry and other smaller
and bigger
bones, clamshells , fruit pits etc. On the same principle as solid excrements
it collects
waste, which is also flushed by some in the cabinet inbuilt automatic sewer
flusher (fig.8
(6)), absolutely preventing sewer clogging using for that used water collected
from the
sink and dish washer (fig.8 (9a)).Advantage of having this waste collector and
whole
system is that all waste could be crushed in bigger pieces from 1/4"3 to 1/2
"3, on
difference of actual garburators where waste is pulverized. This way with
bigger
crushed waste, except clean water, lots of energy and time can be saved on
waste
crushing and also decomposition of organic waste in the sewer system is much
slower
than in case with pulverized waste.
The excrements collector for a big public washrooms place is big depending of
that
how many units are connected on it, accepting excrements from all that units
on one
place and flushed with proportionally big sewer flusher in chosen interval,
depending of
frequency of washroom use.
Modified solution is used also for central vacuum as cyclonic dust collector
with
separate or with collector inbuilt Automatic Sewer flusher. Its function here
is dust and
small waste collecting and storing before is flushed out in sewer.
-The toilet's seat board except in function of seating on it, is also in big
function of
preventing toilet's dirtying, and kipping it in good clean shape. This toilet
board is
elongated adapted for use in an Universal Washroom Hygienic Unit, with its
back
segment movable up and down independently of the seat board but also together
with
the seat board because is made tight to jam slightly with the seat board's
back, in
function is of faucet's rest when is in working position and also hand stop
while is the
faucet in use, allows the faucet use when is the toilet seat board raised up
in sink mode.
The toilet board is ergonomically concaved allowing comfortably seating only
in
centered position for every size of human's backs, what as result can have
defecation of
solid excrements on the very center of toilet's tray. Also with the narrowed
interior
perimeter it is also forcing seating in centered position. The board's outside
middle is as
the toilet's bowl slightly widen how for easier seating in backward position
in bidet mode
use for only genitalia wash , so it follows toilet's bowl top shape widen for
more space
for hand wash in sink mode use.
- The flushing water tank assembly is in function of storing 1.2 Ito up to 2 I
of clean
water, depending of toilet's variation, and releasing it in two flushing modes
as small
flush from 0.7-1.2 I of water or big flush 1.2-2 I of water in both modes
altogether with
17
CA 3041709 2020-01-20

tray's refill which could be 0.2-0.5 I. Maximum of 0.5 I. for tray's refill is
for versions of
toilets with deeper plastic trays, as also for some kind of oversized toilets
for extra big
people, what also could be just some variations of this invention.
When the flush tank is empty and connected to water source, water over the
water
intake and over the open shut off valve, when is the shut off float in lowered
position,
over the refill hose is filling first the tray's refill chamber which when
filed up overflows in
the big flush chamber which is filing up to that adjusted level while the shut
off float don't
push up the shut off lever closing the shut off valve. Such filed by water,
the tank is
ready for flushing function. Flushing on this gravitational ¨ free water
falling kind of
flushing is done similar as on actual toilets of the same flushing kind,
pushing down the
flush lever, with one difference, levers are here on both side of compact
assembly and
them size allows to be pushed down by elbow, left or right, while still
seating on the
toilet, what makes flushing function absolutely symmetric and without the palm
contact
with them in that position. Over the flushing shaft flush levers are connected
with the
flushing mechanism and also the push¨pull rod's lever .Pushing down the flush
lever,
over the push ¨pull rod's lever it is pushing down the pull-push rod fitted in
the rod's
leader which is also over the pull- push rod's guide dumping the toilet's
tray. In
meanwhile over the flushing shaft and the mechanism for opening float plugs,
is
actuated first stage of flushing ,small flush, opening its float plug
releasing minimal 0.5 I
to maximal 0.7 I of water what is the first flushing degree what could be felt
on the flush
lever as resistance in pushing down. The next degree is full push down of the
flush lever
with the totally dumped toilet's tray, which are opening the second float plug
in the flush
tank releasing left amount of water of 0.5-0.8 I what altogether with small
flush is making
that minimum of 1 I or maximum of flushed water of 1.5 I counted without
tray's refill.
While flushing the shut off float is lowering down opening the shut off valve
starting
tank's refiling. Turning the flush lever after flushing back in starting
position what is
doing a spring or also some counterweight, when the toilets tray is closed,
the flushing
mechanism turning back is opening the float plug of the small refill chamber
refiling with
that amount of water 0.2-0.5 I the toilets tray. Capacity of the small refill
chamber don't
has to be the same capacity as planed tray's water refill , it can be smaller
for that
calculated amount of water which is constantly incoming from refill hose
refiling in
meanwhile while water is running out from the refill chamber. Normally all
float plugs
after water draining from chambers are falling down shutting off all chambers
and cycle
can start again.
As all flush tanks, this is also equipped with the overflow pipe and the lid
with vent
pipe. The overflow pipe in function of releasing water from the overfilled
tank in case
that the shut off valve malfunctioned, the lid in function to close and seal
the tank
hermetically and the vent to provide air as replacement for out running water
and
opposite, keeping constant external air pressure in the tank.

Electronic or mechanical flush system with the high water pressure is another
flushing
possibility and could be used for public or luxury household versions of
toilet. Here
dumping the tray is also mechanical or as electronic solution.
Advantages of the system use:
Today many big but also smaller cities in the world have significant problems
in
sufficient provision of clean water. Lots of energy is spent and still
spending in
purification of water from the rivers and seas and if that energy is produced
by fossil
fuels ,what is case in many countries with deficit in clean water, that clean
water if is
much more spent than rational can means, except of lots produced waste water,
also
more polluted air. Human's needs for clean water should be limited on some
optimal
level with possibility of maximal water saving what could be done only with
system
where that water could be used and reused as gray water in more purposes. This
invention, this system, is that try of one bigger, for whole of the world,
clean water
saving.
Advantage in big clean water saving by this system, can be said up to 50% of
actually
household water use, and big saving in public water use for public toilets is
just one of
possibilities and advantages.
As mentioned above, entire organic waste from household in the big cities,
this way
can be transported over sewer system to the sewer gathering places, be
separated, and
in big pools or chambers all that waste could be on controlled way decomposed
with
possibility of collecting all gases which are product of that process. For
example
methane, one of the most potent greenhouse gases, that flammable gas to use as
an
energy source which will satisfy energy need for that waste water processing
facilities
and clean water processing plants and which also can be used as fuel for
recyclable
waste collecting vehicles or as surplus of produced energy from renewable
source.
Today majority of organic waste from the big cities is just buried on big
waste yards
leaving them to decompose uncontrolled, releasing that way big amount of
produced
greenhouse gases, as consequence of that process.
So, using to the maximal limits any liter or gallon of water as an excellent
gravitational
transportation mean, normally wherever is that possible, opens possibility to
save lots of
energy how for waste transportation but also for its easy separation doing
that on its
origin in household or some other place with some kitchen, what is impossible
to do
from mixed waste on waste dumps. That way is possible to lower significantly
ecological
impact made by uncontrolled decomposition of organic waste, and on other hand
have
as final product from that controlled process produced energy from that waste
and good
humus ready for new food or other plants production, what is closing the
cycle. That
way on the dumps will be delivered only recycling waste, without any spoiled
already
decomposing organic waste, making its classification very easy.
This system allows all that on very beginning in everybody's home or public
please to
the connection with city's main sewer system .Similar solution of big sewer
water
19

collectors in that main system and from them big "water waves" can just to be
complete
practical solution.
Other advantages are: this system is not using any energy for its functioning,
no any
water pumps, no any filters, it is simple functioning after installation how
in kitchens so
in washrooms, bathrooms or utility rooms without any often maintenance,
eliminates
possibility of sewer clogging or buildups, toilets of this type are washed
always with
clean water and they are simple to be made what means could be much cheaper
than
other similar kinds. The whole system could pay off after few years only by
saved water
not counting all other benefits. Yearly water save can be about 45m3 of water
per family
of four and lots of work done by used water.
